What is the range of the seat post supported?
The mounting strap supplied can accommodate seat post (or other object) with a diameter ranging from 25mm to 35mm.
Why is the taillight on during the day?
After it is powered on, taillight will turn on whenever motion is detected, even during the day. Many states mandate or recommend taillight to be on when biking, day or night. Power off taillight if you desire it to be off.
Is it visible enough in daylight?
Yes, use high intensity strobe or steady-on mode for biking in daylight.
Do I need to power off the device?
For your safety, we do not recommend your powered it off, unless you are not planning to use it for an extended period time.
How do I know when taillight needs to be recharged?
When taillight is running low on battery, a blue LED will flash, indicating an immediate recharge is required. When taillight is on or flashing, check if low battery warning is present before biking.
How do I know when the bike taillight need to be recharge?
When Taillight is running low on battery, Blue LED will flash, indicating an immediate recharge is required. When Taillight is on or flashing, check if low battery warning is present before biking.
How do I know if the battery is fully charged?
When taillight is charging, a separate blue LED light will flash; when it is fully charged, blue LED will stay on.
How long does it take to recharge the battery?
Approximately 2 1/2 hours.
How long does the battery last?
High-Intensity Strobe: up to 4 hours.
High-Intensity Steady-On: up to 15 hours.
Low-Intensity Strobe: up to 12 hours.
Low-Intensity Steady-On: up to 30 hours.
What do I do if taillight switches off after a long stop at an intersection?
As soon as motion is detected, the taillight will switch on automatically.
